oh ya, I also remember that this 11 March I will have exhibition at my campus and inside the exhibition I will show up my photo and digital art that will be showing it. Reviving an old instant SLR

Hello Hello Hello again, I'm back with my daily experimental and curiosity in camera. Just past few weeks ago, when I was arrived in Malaysia as usual will back to campus and going to do all the assignment and usual daily life in here. Somehow I found out and looked out from my friend link about this new interesting thing that made wonder and want to try out this old SLR camera that usually I never found out and knows about this particular thing. When I was reading all the articles and watching videos about this Polaroid SLR that around 70s was popular at that time. With full of eagerness to have it and try it then I was looking around at online shop that still providing the camera. After that the product that name SX-70 came into my apartment.

Recently i think after 2008 polaroid was stopping their production and change their concept into modern way, so that the old polaroid film was dead after that and no more polaroid film have been developed after that. Then the glory of polaroid camera was dead, then after past 2 years a group of people was dreaming to used again the old polaroid camera to alive from deep sleep. They developed polaroid film again and trying to make and giving a new sense and tone that people was waiting to put the film into it again. This people was called "The Impossible project" team that reborn the film again with their first film of "Silver Shade", and after that they created the color film that call "Color Shade." This two films were their experimental and final result after their researching and mixing around with the materials and chemical to make this thing works on all polaroid camera again. This films it so sensitive, the exposure is only have 8 pieces, and the last one is it so expensive to purchase this film. No matter how expensive it is, for the sake of camera lover and people want to hear it again the sensational of the sound of the film comes out from the cartridge.

The Impossible Project film give a new way of seeing the film and color that give some vintage looks and dreamy kind of image that made the result so classic. It's a bit difficult to develop this film. It because this new films it so sensitive of light and temperature. Like the silver shade this film give a Monochrome result that in certain temperature this film could give the different contrast and color. When it's hot the film become darker, has sepia outlook and become a bit reddest, and if it cold the color was lighter, becoming more black and white color. It so different with like ordinary 35mm camera that only calculate with the light sensitivity. This the reason why i kinda like it. for the color one that they call it the "color shade" this film their more sensitive into the brighter light. The more light into subject the brighter of image will be.

Yah, maybe i just blew up 1 or 2 boxes of films, just to accustom it so that I can be usual with it. It's really hurt that the prices is not really affordable to purchases it, and this also made me more sensitive to selecting the photos which i gonna snap it. This kind of camera gave me some a good effect for me that taking a photos is really precious and need to get the really good moment and also composition, so that the film was not waste like normal digital camera that i even not think about how many pictures that we have been taken before. Upstair were pictures that I took with SX-70 with the Impossible Project films.

Suka Cita dan Dahaga Ego

Kicauan burung di luar jendela yg selalu menemani pagi hari dan siang hari yang terkadang hidup ini rasanya ingin selalu damai dan berjalan dengan baik. Kasur yang lama tertinggal dan sekarang kembali lage menemani aku di malam dan di hari2 yang lelah membuat diriku mulai membiasakan diri lagi di negri tetangga ini untuk terakhir kalinya. Bali2, pulau seribu pura yang selalu ku ingat dan kudambakan untuk di nikmati sudah harus ku tinggalkan, walaupun rasanya tidak pengen di lepas begitu aja dari telapak kakiku yang ingin selalu mengitari tanah2 yang penuh dengan misteri dan kecantikan yang tiada taranya. Setidaknya ada kenangan yang bisa di bawa kemana2.

Realita emang menyakitkan terkadang, tetapi itulah yang terkadang yang harus siap di nikmatin. Emang dari awal aku sudah harus bersiap untuk menerima realita yang terkadang menyakitkan dan itu yang harus di bawa kemana2. Entah mengapa kok berita yang sedikit menyenangkan dan menyeleneh membuat bulu kuduku terbangun untuk terus bertanya apakah itu benar dia katakan atau ada maksud lain di balik semua itu. Mungkin kalau di lihat dari karakternya sudah ketebak apa yang kau mau tapi jalan yang kamu pilih rasanya kok bisa mengatakan hal yang memberikan janji palsu sang bisa terjadi atau tidak. Ya setidaknya ada suatu celah sebuah buah yang selama ini ia pendam dan alhasil tidak membuahkan hasil sehingga kembali lagi ke asal muasal dia mendapatkan benihnya itu.

Semua tidak bisa di tebak begitu saja, tetapi perbuatan yang selama ini di lakukan itu bisa di tebak apa yang akan di hasilkan kemudian harinya. Semoga apa yang berjalan nanti bisa menunjukan jalan cerah.
